Founder and CEO
Keith Flemons has nearly a quarter-century of experience directly building, designing, leading, and managing mission-critical systems and services. His professional career includes years of excellent performance at large defense contractors (General Dynamics), successfully-exited health tech startups (Rally Health), and Big Tech social media companies (Meta). He has delivered solutions in the areas of resource optimization,satellite imagery collection, 3D modeling, battlefield awareness, counter-intelligence, information system infrastructure, platformitized opinion polling, and social platform integrity. He graduated Magna Cum Laude with a B.S. in Information Sciences and Systems from Morgan State University in the year 2000
In 2024, he founded Ottoway Systems, naming the entity in honor of his ancestor, Ottoway Brice, who was born a slave in the American Deep South, but died an emancipated business owner.
